• Preheat oven at 350 degrees.
  • Line a shallow baking dish with aluminum foil for easier cleanup.
  • Wash the pork tenderloin and pat excess water.
  • Brush lightly with some olive oil and sprinkle liberally with Trader Joe’s “Everything But The Bagel Sesame Seasoning”.
  • Wash and trim raw radishes, put along the sides of the tenderloin
  • Bake for 30-40 minutes, use a meat thermometer or cut into the tenderloin.
