Per serving:
1/4 Lean 
3 Greens
3 Condiments
1 Fat & Snack


  • 3 cups broccoli florets
  • 1/4 cup 2% Fage plain Greek yogurt or nonfat plain Chobani
  • 2 tbsp light mayo
  • 2 packets Nu Natural Stevia or sweetener of choice
  • 1 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1/4 tsp salt, optional
  • 2 tbsp low sodium real bacon bits
  • 1 oz sliced almonds
  • 1/3 cup reduced-fat shredded cheddar cheese


  1. Break up broccoli into small pieces and place washed florets in a medium-sized bowl, set aside.
  2. In a small bowl, combine yogurt, mayo, sweetener, vinegar, and salt. Stir until smooth.
  3. Pour yogurt mixture over broccoli and stir until all combined.
  4. Add sliced almonds, bacon, and cheese. Toss gently until all pieces are evenly coated.

She has always loved art, and would occasionally make paintings and various crafts, including crocheting many pieces. As of 2017, she began working as a graphic design and web consultant, with clients such as Warner Bros., and previously, Thinkspace Art Gallery.
