• 1 lb. raw ground chicken
  • 1 egg, raw
  • 2 tablespoons Sugar Free G. Hughes BBQ sauce or marinara
  • 1/2 cup Lite mozzarella cheese, grated
  • 1/2 cup chopped green peppers or green onions

Steps to make

  1. Line a cookie sheet with tin foil and spray it with Pam.
  2. Add the egg to the chicken and make sure the chicken and egg are mixed well and put on cookie sheet, shaping into a heart or a circle, but flattened to about 1/2 inch.
  3. Put on 1 or 2 tablespoons of your favorite sugar free BBQ sauce or marinara, spread to edges.
  4. Top with 1/2 cup shredded cheese. I count as one healthy fat.
  5. Top with chopped veggies of your choice.
  6. Put in oven and bake for 20-30 minutes or until the edges are brown and cheese is melted.
